Governance and Transparency expert in the field of Infrastructure. Holds Master’s degree in law. Worked for 12 years in a business sector as a General Manager in a Danish factory in Ukraine. Following the Revolution of dignity, shifted her career path, towards the improving the Ukrainian governance. During 2016- 2019 became a recognized expert in transparency, accountability, and governance in public infrastructure procurement as the CoST (Construction Sector Transparency) Ukraine country manager. in 2019, appointed a Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, covering Road Infrastructure and Transport, as well as EU Integration and IFI funded projects. 2021 – 2022 – led EU integration efforts as a Head of EU integration Office in Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, coordinating successful EU membership application despite the full-scale war with Russia, earning an award from the Cabinet of Ministers for her personal contribution.
