Rory Moody is a Cities Adviser in the Growth and Resilience Department of the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Previously, he held policy and analytical roles at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, Cabinet Office and Government Office for Science. Prior to the civil service, he worked for a network of European city governments and an EU regional development fund. He holds an undergraduate degree in geography and postgraduate qualifications in environmental economics and urban planning.
