The CoST Annual Report 2019 demonstrates how the agile and innovative nature of CoST has deepened our impact worldwide. The report highlights a growing maturity amongst existing members, CoST expansion across regions as new members joined us, and increased cost savings, sector reform and citizen engagement. As we operate in the ‘new normal’ of 2020 these achievements have been informing our robust Covid-19 response.
