These are the minutes for the 14th board meeting, which took places in January 2015.

The Interim Board discussed improving performance monitoring, DFID support, the programme report, the DGF Evaluation and final report and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs financial report and budget.

The programme update included a detailed breakdown of the national programmes of all current CoST members; Afghanistan, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, Malawi, the Philippines, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda, Ukraine, the UK, Vietnam and Zambia. The Board also discussed an application from Botswana.
