Our Assurance Manual helps further the work of our members and others to enhance CoST delivery and deepen our global impact, giving comprehensive guidance on: how to produce an assurance report, carry out an assurance site visit and make an assurance report launch a success. Ultimately, members can use the manual to produce assurance reports which are compelling, substantiated and which generate impact. Through these reports a key tool is provided to strengthen trust and improve performance in the sector.
