These are the minutes from the 20th CoST board meeting, in October 2016.

The Interim Board discussed the CoST strategic review, the CoST business plan, the International Secretariat, the financial report and the programme reports. The programme reports focused on the Afghanistan scoping study, the M&E framework, assurance, refreshing programmes, disclosure, an application from Panama, IATI reporting requirements, and outreach activities.
