These are the minutes for the ninth CoST Board Meeting, in January 2014.

The Interim Board discussed the programme updates, the financial report, funding and the CoST Plan B. Three new programmes had been launched (Uganda, Afghanistan and Ukraine) since the last Board meeting and the International Secretariat is in discussino with 6 additional countries.
