CoST Uganda published its “5th Assurance Report; A call for better Disclosure and Public Engagement” on, 26th September 2022. The assurance process spanned through ten (10) projects under Ministry of Health (MoH).
Key findings included a decline in a disclosure of data from MoH; registered time overruns with one project; low progress of work; cost overruns with some projects and more.
Key recommendations include the strengthening of documentation, archiving and publication of project and contract information; emergency project management plans; Quality Information Management systems; fast tracking implementation of work schedules and more.
