Finance, Grant, and Contract Officer
Chaman Rasuli is the Finance, Grant, and Contract Officer at Engineers Against Poverty (EAP), bringing over 15 years of experience in the International Development sector. His career has been shaped by a commitment to delivering impactful, high-value, and high-risk programs and projects across areas such as governance reform, rule of law, civil society, girls’ education, anti-corruption, and private sector development.
At EAP, Chaman plays a pivotal role in advancing the objectives of the Construction Transparency Initiative, a global effort to combat corruption in the infrastructure sector. His responsibilities include managing and overseeing partners’ budgets, forecasting, and spending. He also leads the preparation of contracts and the development of grant agreements for delivery partners.
Before joining EAP, Chaman provided program management support for the Green Cities and Infrastructure Programme (GCIP), a UK Centre of Expertise initiative focused on sustainable development.
Chaman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the American University of Afghanistan (AUAF) and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Kateb University in Afghanistan.
