Gloria supports CoST’s work through strategic communications and knowledge-sharing, contributing to content development with a particular focus on Latin America–related stories and multilingual outputs. She works closely with Secretariat and regional teams to surface programme learning, member experiences, and evidence in ways that are clear, accessible, and relevant to diverse audiences.
Gloria is an international development communications and impact specialist with experience across NGOs, consultancies, and cross-sector initiatives. Her work sits at the intersection of MEL, ethical storytelling, content strategy, and participatory approaches, supporting organisations to translate complex work into meaningful narratives aligned with their values and long-term goals. She is particularly interested in participatory and decolonial approaches to development, and in the role of narrative, facilitation, and collective learning in supporting community-led change.
