Melina San Martín

Senior Programme Manager

Melina oversees programme implementation and strategic planning, leading on monitoring and evaluation to ensure high-quality programming and measurable impact across CoST members and global partners. She coordinates strategic partnerships, grant proposals and commercial bids, and oversees the organisation of international workshops and events, including secretariat support to the Board of Trustees

Melina is an International Development practitioner, with varied experience that ranges from literacy, engineering education and youth development to gender, climate action and sustainable infrastructure programming in low-, lower-middle and middle-income countries, mostly within sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.

Originally from Argentina, Melina holds a BA in International Commerce from Universidad CAECE (First Class Honours) and a MSc in Latin American Development from King’s College London (First Class Honours), focusing on the intersection between gender, diversity and STEM for social change.
