Second Assurance Report from CoST Uganda looking at projects overseen by the Ministry of Education and Sports, the Ministry of Works and Transport and Wakiso District Local Government. Eight projects were included in total equating to US$ 122,509,208. The report highlights key issues of concern and areas of best practice to improve infrastructure delivery in Uganda.
