This report summarises the initial findings by EMC Jatula Associates; who were selected as the
Assurance Team (AT) to collect data from participating procurement entities (PEs) in the CoST Initiative. Malawi Housing Corporation participated in the study whose aim is to increase transparency and accountability in the Malawi construction sector.
