CoST, the Infrastructure Transparency Initiative is recruiting a web developer to work alongside an anti-corruption expert from the infrastructure sector to help develop the Infrastructure Anti-Corruption Toolbox (IACT).
CoST is a global not-for-profit that develops and supports the use of tools and standards by government, the private sector and civil society in 19 countries to improve the integrity, transparency and accountability of infrastructure investments. The web developer will use their experience and expertise to develop IACT a web-based platform that will improve the accessibility of useful and relevant tools and resources that aim to improve the integrity of infrastructure investments.
The developer will have:
- Proven experience in developing organisational websites, using WordPress
- Proven experience focused on improving engagement time on websites
- Proven experience in developing a multilingual website
- Skilled in developing dynamic visual displays that are user-centred
- Skilled in developing websites that are disability-accessible and friendly
- Experience with CMS systems
- Ability to adapt to, and use, an organisational brand in visual outputs
- Understanding, and in touch with, current website trends and needs
- Functional knowledge and coding experience and
- Basic knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO)

The budget for the development of the web-based platform is £10,000 to £13,000.

If you are working with a team, you should also include details of your team and their experience of delivering similar web-based knowledge repositories. Interviews with preferred candidates will take place week commencing 16 February 2025.
