This sub-national member will strengthen transparency in the infrastructure sector by scaling up to two procuring entities. They will also expand transparency in the infrastructure sector at the local level by incorporating 30 municipalities into the CoST Jalisco Data publication Platform. Other plans include collaborating with the Congressmen in the drafting of a proposal reform to improve transparency in the procurement of public infrastructure through the mandate of publishing data using the OC4IDS.
