CoST Kaduna is planning on increasing access and use of infrastructure data by implementing OC4IDS into the Kaduna procurement platform, and securing a high-level CoST Champion. They will also engage more North West states on the CoST approach and train 100 young people on CoST tools through Open Gov Youth Innovation Hub.
