Rueben is an architect, an environmental consultant, and served on the MSG of CoST Zambia. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a MSc in Integrated Environmental Management

He currently serves as Vice Chair of the global Board of Transparency International, and Vice Chair of the Council of the International Anti-Corruption Conference  (IACC). He previously served on the Build IT International – Zambia Board and as Chair of the National Governing Council of the Africa Peer Review Mechanism process in Zambia,.
