We are a small International Secretariat team working with governments, civil society, the private sector and international partners across the world. We value a collaborative, inclusive and supportive working environment, bringing together people with different skills, experiences and perspectives.  

Our team spans 11 nationalities across all three regions where CoST operates, with professional backgrounds ranging from civil engineering and software development to research and government relations. We have a 50/50 gender split, and 56% of our team are from the global majority.  

We offer flexible working, with our team working remotely from locations around the world.
