Melina is Lead Programme Manager at CoST, turning ideas and opportunities into projects that strengthen integrity in infrastructure. She works across the project cycle – from developing partnerships, proposals and project design to leading delivery, quality assurance and learning – and leads CoST’s monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) function.

Before joining CoST, she managed development programmes focused on strengthening engineering education and practice across sub-Saharan Africa. She brings expertise in partnership building, strategic planning and programme design.

Originally from Argentina and based in London, Melina is passionate about Indigenous knowledge systems, nature-based solutions and elevating local voices in development decisions – interests she also pursues through her volunteering….
