Nicolas is CoST’s Senior Programme Manager for the Private Sector, leading our work to engage businesses in strengthening integrity in infrastructure. He develops practical tools and partnerships that help companies identify, assess and address integrity risks.

Nicolas brings more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure planning, corporate social responsibility and international development. His work spans Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific. He has worked with large and medium-sized global companies, national and subnational governments, and civil society organisations, connecting the realities of delivering infrastructure projects with the need for stronger governance. He speaks Spanish, English and French.
