Welcome to our new website!

You may have noticed that our website has a new look (and URL for that matter)! We have launched www.infrastructuretransparency.org, incorporating the best bits of our former website and refocussing areas to improve CoST scale up and impact as reflected in our CoST Business Plan 2017 – 2020.

Moving infrastructure transparency up the ranks

CoST logoTo increase our accessibility, we have restructured our entire navigation and reworked how we present CoST. You can find our new mission and vision in About us and we have made information on our approach, core features and the growing need for CoST simpler and easy to find.

In 2018 we changed our name, moving away from the ‘Construction Transparency Sector Initiative’ to reflect our core focus on infrastructure as the ‘CoST – the Infrastructure Transparency Initiative’. This is now captured throughout our website and by our URL.

We hope these changes improve your experience on the website – they will undoubtedly improve our search engine ranking, meaning more can understand the added value of CoST to infrastructure transparency, including more governments and their civil society and private sector partners as well as how they can join us.

News

News section of CoSTSince we began in 2012, many of our CoST members have marked milestones in their programmes which we have captured through our news section and regular newsletter.

To do these achievements justice, we have revamped the layout and visual appeal of our news and blogs and we have placed them ‘front and centre’ on our scrolling homepage. A handy sort by option is also available on our news landing page so you can categorise news items by cost member.

Resources

Our resource section, containing over 200 publications, allows you to filter by ‘Audience interest’, ‘Resource type’ and ‘Author’.

If you’re a CoST member or looking to join CoST, you can find guidance resources from the CoST International Secretariat hereIf you would like more information on CoST research, you can find it here. If you would like to understand more on CoST impact you can download our success stories through this link.

Our global reach

You can see the diverse context we work in through our interactive map, showcasing CoST members who are present in four continents and who include five fragile and conflict-affected states. Simply click on the highlighted countries to view information about each of our CoST members.
