Michael helps CoST members make information about public infrastructure easier to find, understand and use. He works with government teams and partners to improve data quality, apply open data standards and develop practical tools for transparency and accountability.

His previous experience includes supporting CoST Uganda through the Africa Freedom of Information Centre and coordinating Uganda’s Infrastructure Transparency Index assessment. With a background in software engineering and public procurement data systems, he brings a practical understanding of how to turn disclosure commitments into information people can use.

Outside work, he’s never far from a classic soul playlist or a good movie….
