Based in: Chiang Mai, Thailand

Justine is Head of Advocacy and Communications at CoST, where she turns local evidence and impact from CoST’s members into global influence on policy and practice around integrity in infrastructure. Based in Asia, Justine works closely with our Asia members to tell their stories and raise their profile internationally.

Before joining CoST, Justine was a Senior Civil Servant in the UK Government, with particular expertise in political communications, strategy and regulatory reform. She now brings that experience to engaging governments internationally. Justine has held Board positions in the not-for-profit sector and is a qualified leadership coach, with a passion for supporting women of colour and people from lower socio-economic backgrounds in their career development.
