Panama’s 2026 plan focuses on consolidating and scaling its system by fully operationalising the OC4IDS-aligned platform and expanding structured infrastructure data disclosure. It strengthens accountability through Transparency Index and Independent Review reports, follow-up on recommendations, and continued capacity building to embed transparency into routine governance and decision-making.
