Sebghatullah Karimi, MSc, PMP, is a civil engineer, project manager and infrastructure governance specialist with over 15 years of experience in engineering, procurement, stakeholder management and public infrastructure reform.

Based in Canada, Karimi currently working as Technical Adviser for CoST, building on more than six years as Country Manager and researcher for CoST Afghanistan. He has also worked for over 10 years as a university lecturer and has published research on construction productivity, PPPs, construction delays, risk management, and infrastructure delivery constraints.
