INL programme manager

Aída Martínez Mórtola is a lawyer who works as a Programme Manager at CoST, supporting the implementation of projects focused on transparency, accountability, and data use in infrastructure, including the INL programme. She has over 10 years of experience in public sector governance, open data, and infrastructure transparency.

Aída has extensive experience working with international cooperation projects and multilateral organizations, including WB, IADB, CAF, UNDP, and OGP. Her expertise includes procurement, contract management, and the development of transparency, open data and open contracting systems, with experience engaging governments, private sector actors, and civil society.
